Post-trip packing thoughts:
We forgot to pack our duct tape. Luckily nothing ripped so we didn’t need it. Good thing we packed all the rain gear, weather was not good. Really nice have a large tarp to make a rain shelter with. New hammock was awesome, really nice to relax in. It’s nice having a couple real meals before transitioning to dehydrated meals at the end of the trip. Having dehydrated meals is space/weight efficient but for canoeing trips you can sacrifice that for some good food. For backpacking trips you might want to focus more on saving weight.
What would you have brought?
